一、振动电机的存储 振动电机应存放在室内。室内空气应干燥、没有不良气体，温度应在露点以上5℃，相对湿度不超过50%。振动电机应保持平放。储存时应对振动电机进行适当的维护，每月转动振动电机转子轴数转，定期查看振动电机防锈防潮状况。 二、振动电机的吊运、安装与紧固 （1）吊运振动电机时在机壳处吊孔悬吊,也可使用加强筋上的吊孔. （2）振动电机必须牢固可靠的安装在振动设备上.地脚螺栓的强度级别不得低于8.8级,并且在紧固螺母下面垫上弹簧垫圈. （3）紧固螺栓时,必须使用力矩扳手,以加强紧固力度. （4）振动电机与振动机械连接平面均采用6.3光洁度加工面，平面度应符合GB1184-79附表1的9级公差要求，底脚安装或法兰安装螺栓强度不得低于8.8级。 （5）振动电机安装使用后,累计运转100小时为除运期.在此期间,每班应对地脚螺栓增紧一次,直到没有螺栓松动现象为止。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
